Functionalities are

• Receiving hyperlinks in the e-mail in order to open the workflow request in MS Outlook
• The email sender is the resource who created, approved, realized or rejected the request
• Resources can select which workflow requests that they wish to be notified of pending action
• E-mails notification can occur when:
• Needing To be Approved
• Request Approved
• Request Rejected
• Needing to be Realized
• Needing to be Processed
• e-mail is sent via your SMTP or Microsoft Exchange
