making columns sortable in the project card

This add-on is beneficial when searching projects in Synergy

Functionalities are

In the project card:

• Make columns become sortable ascending and descending
• Available on the advanced project search results page
• Available on the “My Projects” search
• The sorting action is saved by each resource in the Synergy resource setting
