Functionalities are

• Fields can be made visible within the different statuses based upon standard Synergy security levels or roles. Resources with the proper credentials can view these fields, while other resources will not be able to see these fields

• Roles can be further refined to the following selections: Corporate, Group, Division, Cost Center Group, Cost Center, Reseller, Project

• All workflow requests fields can employ this additional security, including any included in the Workflow Plus Free fields add-on
