The company is a long-time user of JobBOSS in combination with ECI Synergy and Knowledge Sync. The company decided to keep JobBOSS and to move to Exact Synergy. Synergy is used in different areas of the company. Synergy is used for its workflow management system, HRM, TQM. To replace Knowledge Sync OX BOX decided to use Exact RPA.

GLM bridged the gap between JobBOSS and Exact Synergy with the use of Exact RPA. However, JobBOSS does not have an API available. To overcome this, not having an API, the built-in SQL provider of Exact RPA is used. In the workflows data listings from JobBOSS for example purchase order, sales invoice, vendor invoice are displayed. In Exact Synergy these real-time lists are built with Exact RPA’s view builder with the data in JobBOSS not in Exact Synergy. Knowledge Sync events were all migrated to events in Exact RPA.
